1) Admissions Counsellor Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years Work Location: BTM 1st stage, Bangalore Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in education, training, or edtech industries Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide students/candidates in choosing the right career path
- Experience in sales conversion and lead handling
- Qualified and target-driven approach Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding job-oriented training programs
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
