- Wash, chop, and prep ingredients (e.g., vegetables, meats for burgers/fries); assist CDPs/Commis with plating and assembly as directed.
- Clean/sanitize utensils, equipment (grills, fryers), surfaces, and floors; empty trash and maintain hygiene per FSSAI standards.
- Receive/unload deliveries, stock inventory in cold storage, and organize supplies; report low stock or spoilage promptly.
- Support during rushes by restocking stations, wiping spills, and following food safety protocols like proper labeling/storage.
