Operations Executive – Founder’s Office (BTM Layout)

Role Overview As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the leadership team to drive daily operations, execution, process improvements, cross-functional coordination, and special projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and execution. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with founders on strategic and operational priorities
- Coordinate across teams including sales, marketing, product, finance, and HR
- Track business KPIs, prepare reports, and monitor execution timelines
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and process improvements
- Support hiring, onboarding, vendor management, and internal coordination
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Handle founder-level follow-ups, meetings, and project tracking
- Build SOPs and streamline internal workflows
- Assist in fundraising preparation, investor reports, or business presentations when required
- Ensure timely execution of high-priority projects Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, founder’s office, consulting, or startup roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High ownership mindset and execution capability
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced startup environment Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an early-stage startup
- Familiarity with business analytics and operational dashboards
- MBA or equivalent exposure is a plus Pay: ₹35,000.00
