Ltd. MacroCosmos Creations is a satellite technology and geospatial intelligence startup building data- driven solutions for agriculture, land intelligence, and resource management. Our platforms leverage satellite data and analytics to deliver actionable insights to agribusinesses, institutions, and government stakeholders. Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Executive with agritech sector experience to drive market expansion across Maharashtra. The role focuses on partnerships, enterprise sales, and on-ground engagement with agricultural stakeholders to deploy geospatial intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the agritech ecosystem
· Build relationships with agribusinesses, FPOs, agri-input companies, and government bodies
· Drive end-to-end sales cycles — lead generation to deal closure
· Conduct product presentations and field demonstrations
· Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy
· Coordinate with product and technical teams for solution deployment
· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings Required Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the agritech sector
· Strong network within Maharashtra’s agriculture ecosystem preferred
· Understanding of agricultural value chains and rural markets
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
· Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra Preferred
· Experience working with agri-tech products, precision agriculture, or farm advisory solutions
· Exposure to government or institutional sales
