Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates Coordinate interviews and follow-ups Handle end-to-end recruitment process Understand hiring requirements and role expectations Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Requirements: Positive communication and interpersonal skills Interest in recruitment and HR activities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of hiring processes Startup mindset preferred
