Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner Take orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mindset Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
