Full-Time | On-SiteAbout Phoenixx CasinoPhoenixx Casino is one of Goa’s leading gaming and entertainment destinations, Located at the prestigious Hilton Goa Resort in Candolim, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class hospitality and entertainment We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant to strengthen and lead the Finance & Accounts function of the organization.Position SummaryThe Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audit coordination, financial reporting, budgeting, MIS reporting, and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced business environment.Candidates with prior exposure to hospitality, gaming, entertainment or hotels industries will be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting and finance operations of the organization.Ensure timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances and filings.Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reports for management review.Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and working capital management.Establish and maintain effective internal controls, SOPs, and compliance processes.Ensure adherence to accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.Support management with financial planning, business analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.Drive process improvements and strengthen financial reporting systems.Eligibility CriteriaQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.Minimum 3 years of post-articleship experience in Finance & Accounts.Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.Experience in hospitality, casino, entertainment, hotel, retail, or service industry will be an added advantage.Proficiency in Tally ERP / ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a dynamic operational environment.Preferred Skills & CompetenciesFinancial Reporting & AnalysisBudgeting & ForecastingAudit & Compliance ManagementInternal Financial ControlsCash Flow ManagementTeam Management & Process ImprovementCommercial & Business AcumenHigh level of integrity and confidentiality Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4meixf
