Position Summary The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audit coordination, financial reporting, budgeting, MIS reporting, and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced business setting. Candidates with prior exposure to hospitality, gaming, entertainment or hotels industries will be preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations of the organization.
- Ensure timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances and filings.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and working capital management.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, SOPs, and compliance processes.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Support management with financial planning, business analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial reporting systems. Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of post-articleship experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in hospitality, casino, entertainment, hotel, retail, or service industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
