Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, call, email, or messaging platforms in a skilled and timely manner.

Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting, and guiding them through solutions.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring follow-up.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service quality.

Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.

Monitor and achieve individual performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
