Job Description: Customer Service Advisor (International Night Shift)

​We are looking for a energetic and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our growing international team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our global customers, ensuring they receive world-class support while navigating their inquiries with professionalism and a "customer-first" mindset.

​Key Responsibilities

​Customer Support: Handle inbound queries via calls, emails, or live chat regarding product information, troubleshooting, and account management.

​Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues to maintain high satisfaction scores (CSAT).

​Data Management: Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

​Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues that require specialized technical support.

​Quality Compliance: Adhere to company standards and communication protocols to ensure service consistency.

​Work Schedule & Shifts

​This role is specifically designed for our Night Shift operations to support our international client base.

​Working Days: 5 Days a week (Fixed/Rotational).

​Off Days: 2 Days (Rotational/Split "Silver" off).

​Shift Timing: Rotational Night Shifts (typically starting between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM).

​Flexibility: Candidates must be comfortable with shift rotations every few weeks.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 In-Hand (depending on experience and interview performance).

​Allowances: Night shift allowance and performance-based incentives (over and above the base salary).

​Growth: Structured career path with opportunities to move into Team Lead or Quality Analyst roles.

​Candidate Profile

​Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (High School Diploma + Experience).

​Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory.

​Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

​Resilience: Ability to stay calm and professional during high-pressure situations or while handling difficult customers.

​Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with great communication are welcome).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹23,000.00 per month
