Join our team and be a part of building a more equitable financial future.Quantitative Researchers/Traders are part of the core team working directly in the Algorithmic development team for research and development of the Quant Strategies. The goal is to develop a diversified set of scalable automated trading strategies that deliver consistent alpha. Responsibilities:• Building models - understanding relationships between securities • Researching automated trading strategies using a range of historical data, price and volume inputs • Researching portfolio construction and risk allocation techniques • Back-testing ideas using historical tick-by-tick data• Evaluating strategy performance, making improvements and scaling up successful strategies Skills Needed: An ideal candidate will have the following skillset; • Top performer with a computer/electrical engineering degree from a top-tier institution • Strong programming ability inC++/Python• Prior experience in automated trading strategy development with a top HFT firm / hedge fund preferred • Hard working with an attention to detail and ability to work independently • Good understanding of financial markets, statistics and modeling techniques using ML is desirable •Self motivated and hard workingWhat we offer:• Robust and efficient trading infrastructure for development of multi frequency trading strategies (low, medium and high frequency trading) • Access to multiple markets and asset classes across the globe • Opportunity to grow and have a good career development path• Competitive compensation and transparent business terms • Guidance to learn, develop and improve on Market dynamics and strategies • Opportunity to work and learn from various Senior executives in the firm
