Relationship Manager Life Insurance (Agency channel) Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Life Insurance sales through Banca, Agency, and Direct channels
- Generate business by sourcing, managing & converting leads
- Handle monthly revenue targets (4–8 Lac business) consistently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, agents & clients
- Cross-sell life insurance products to existing and new customers
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation closure policy issuance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain proper documentation, KYC & compliance as per IRDA norms
- Track daily performance and ensure target achievement Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–5 years experience in Life Insurance sales
- Must have experience in Banca / Agency / Direct channel
- Proven track record of handling 4–8 Lac monthly targets
- Robust understanding of life insurance products & sales process
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Candidate from Insurance sector preferred (strictly)
- Current/Previous CTC: Minimum 4 LPA+
- Age: Maximum 35–36 years
- Immediate joiners or short notice preferred Compensation & Benefits
