We are looking for a talented and passionate 3D Texturing Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality textures and materials for 3D assets used in games, AR/VR experiences, animations, and other digital productions. This role requires a strong artistic eye, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard texturing tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality textures and materials for a wide range of 3D assets.
- Develop realistic and stylized textures using industry-standard workflows.
- Optimize textures for performance while maintaining visual quality.
- Support texturing pipelines using Blender and ZBrush when required.
- Perform UV layout optimization and management.
- Maintain proper file organization and naming conventions.
- Ensure assets meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and improve texture quality based on team feedback.
- Collaborate closely with modelers, lighting artists, and other team members.

Required SkillsStrong Proficiency In:

- Substance Painter
- Blender
- Marmoset Toolbag
- RizomUV

Technical Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of UV Mapping and Texture Baking.
- Solid knowledge of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.
- Ability to create both realistic and stylized textures.
- Understanding of lighting, materials, and shading principles.
- Strong attention to detail and artistic sensibility.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on game, AR/VR, animation, or product visualization projects.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality texturing work.
- Familiarity with industry-standard asset creation pipelines.
