The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating design concepts, preparing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for residential projects. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of designs. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionalityKnowledge of Architecture and experience creating Construction Drawings Expertise in FF&E selection, materials, and finishes Strong communication and client relationship management skills Ability to work collaboratively on-site and manage multiple projects effectively Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent toolsPrior experience in residential design projects is a plus
