Description
Core Roles and Responsibilities Billing & Invoicing: Create and process invoices for recent vehicle sales, spare parts, and vehicle servicing. Maintain accurate documentation for RTO files and insurance. Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Monitor showroom collections, track dealer/customer pending balances, process vendor payments, and manage petty cash. Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for bank statements, cash-in-hand, and vendor ledgers to ensure zero variances. Inventory Tracking: Coordinate with the godown and sales teams to align physical vehicle and spare parts stock with accounting records. Statutory Compliance: Manage and file GST (Goods and Services Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and prepare data for payroll processing. Financial Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, profit/loss statements, and submit periodic MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to the management.
