Job Role- Client Relations & Admin Executive Job Objective-A proactive and customer focused candidate to manage customer interactions, coordinate customized cake orders and support daily administrative operations in our cloud kitchen. Key Responsibilities- Client Relations: Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and other communication platforms. Understand customer requirements for customized cakes, desserts and special occasion orders. Share product details, design options, pricing and available flavors with customers. Maintain and track client feedback, promptly address queries, concerns, or complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain a positive customer experience. Provide updates to customers regarding order confirmations, customization details, and delivery timelines. Order Coordination: Manage order bookings, confirmations, and scheduling for customized cake orders. Maintain accurate records of customer orders, customization details, and payment status. Coordinate with the kitchen and design team to ensure all customization requirements are clearly communicated and executed correctly. Perform a final quality and customization check before dispatch, ensuring the cake design, flavor, message and packaging match the customer’s order specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch. Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain daily order logs, reports and documentation. Assist with billing, invoice preparation and payment tracking. Support general administrative tasks and operational coordination within the kitchen team. Assist in vendor coordination and basic inventory tracking when required. Key Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, bakery, or F&B; industry preferred. Dedicated & reliable qualified who maintains regular attendance. Ability to manage multiple customer queries and orders simultaneously additionally manage customer expectations during high order volumes and festive seasons. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram and basic Excel or admin tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills. Work Details- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday Weekly Off: Monday Leave Policy: 18 paid leaves per year Location: Wadala West until the first week of April, after which the location will shift to Matunga East (both locations are approximately 5 minutes apart by cab) Work Mode: Work from office (No WFH available) Employment Type: Full-time positio Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹6,000.00
