– Housekeeping Supervisor Company: Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited Industry: Construction / Real Estate Location: Chembur, Construction Site Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Housekeeping Head in managing daily housekeeping operations at the construction site. The candidate should be able to supervise housekeeping staff, maintain cleanliness, handle housekeeping records, and work on computer systems including Excel. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Housekeeping Head in day-to-day housekeeping activities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at site offices, common areas, washrooms, and staff facilities
- Maintain housekeeping attendance, material records, and reports
- Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping teams for smooth operations
- Prepare daily and weekly reports in Excel
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and stock requirements
- Ensure proper waste disposal and site cleanliness standards Skills Required
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Team handling and supervision skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain reports and records Experience Required
- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision
- Experience in construction site, real estate, hospital, or facility management preferred Qualification
- Any Graduate / HSC / SSC
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory Working Days
- 6 Days Working Pay: ₹15,000.00
