Senior Service Engineer (Trombay)

Key Responsibilities
· Installation and commissioning of laboratory and industrial testing instruments at customer sites.
· Conduct instrument calibration, validation, and operational checks.
· Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues.
· Provide technical support through site visits, phone, email, and remote assistance.
· Train customers on instrument operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
· Coordinate with OEMs/principals for technical issues and spare requirements.
· Support sales team with technical discussions, demos, and application support when required.
· Prepare detailed service reports after every visit.
· Frequent travel across India for installations and service activities. Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Advantages
