JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive (Non-Sales)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Any 9 Hours Rotational Shift)

Working Days: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)

Qualification: SSC / HSC / Graduate

Communication Requirement: Average Communication Skills

Salary: Freshers – ₹15,500 In-Hand Experienced Candidates – Up to ₹25,500 In-Hand (Based on Experience)

JOB OVERVIEW We are hiring Customer Service Executives (Non-Sales) responsible for handling customer queries and providing support. This is a non-sales and non-target role focused on customer service and issue resolution. Candidates should be customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle customer queries through calls or support channels Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns Maintain professional and polite communication with customers Update customer interaction details in the system Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Minimum SSC / HSC Pass (Graduates Preferred) Basic computer knowledge required Valuable customer handling attitude Ability to work in rotational shifts Immediate joiners preferred
