Production Engineer Chembur

Job Role Operate and manage 3D printing systems (FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS, etc.) Prepare and optimize print files (slicing, orientation, supports) using software like Ultimaker Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Materialise Magics Monitor production runs and troubleshoot print failures Handle post-processing (cleaning, curing, finishing, heat treatment) Ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances Maintain production logs and documentation Work with design teams to improve Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) Optimize machine utilization and reduce material wastage Perform preventive maintenance of 3D printers Ensure safety and compliance with industrial standards

Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering 1–5 years of experience in additive manufacturing / 3D printing(Fresher can also apply) Certification of Autocad or any design course

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹21,000.00 per month
