Architect (Trombay)

- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans for residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Meet clients to understand requirements, budget, and design preferences
- Prepare detailed blueprints using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Review site conditions and conduct feasibility studies
- Monitor construction progress to ensure design accuracy
- Manage project timelines, costs, and materials selection
- Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design practices Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Valid architect license/registration (as per local regulations, e.g., Council of Architecture in India)
