Education :- B.E./B.Tech/ BSC / MCA in Computer Science

Experience :- 3 to 6 Years of relevant experience in CommVault and CloudbackupAdministration.

Mandatory Skills :-

1. Hands on working experience withBackupsoftware like CommVault, NetBackup, Veeam.

2. Proficient with Linux or Windows OS.

3.Troubleshooting of thebackupor restoration failure issues.

4.Must have worked onbackuphardware like (physical / Virtual Tape Library (VTL), disk-basedbackups, understanding of takingbackupvia SAN, NAS and other mediums.

5.Closely monitor theBackupjobs and dashboard to track the real timebackupfailures.

6.Proficient in Incident Management, Performance Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Alert Management.Proficient in Incident Management, Performance Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Alert Management.

7.Perform restoration as per the request after validating proper approvals and follow the ITSM process.

8.Installations / Upgrade / Configurations of newbackupclients.

9.Configure and maintainbackuppolicies, tape drives, CatalogueBackup, Reports andbackuptrend analysis and basic forecasting.

10.ITIL Awareness.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge :-

1. Working knowledge on CommVault, HPE DataStoreonce
2. RHCE Certified Administrator
3. Prior experience in banking domain with exposure to compliance requirement for various standards like PCI - DSS.

Desired Skills :-

1. Certified CommVault Admin
