Job Responsibilities:

• Identify the network hardware and software to meet the requirements of the organization(link removed)>
• Update and troubleshoot network issues(link removed)>
• Plan, design, install and maintain networks and serversin support of information systems
• Ensure all IT equipment are functioning properly.
• Install and maintain network security at various levels(link removed)>
• Configure and manage networks to maximize efficiency, security and upscaling(link removed)>
• Manage users to a network. Assign and modify network security permissions.
• Conduct basic training for the teamon usage of hardware and software resources available.
• Maintain a database of defects in IT resourcesand resolve them in a time bound manner.
• Conduct frequent checks to ensure the integrityof the network, storage, and other IT equipment
• Configure and Manage IPSEC Site-to-Site VPN, Remote-access VPN, and SSL VPN(link removed)>
• Proactively monitor and perform health checkson the status of the network infrastructure regularly.
• Configuration management and change control of network infrastructure including routers, Catalyst switches, Packet Shapers, Firewalls and IDS/IPS
• Create the necessary documentation on systems and processes
• Performing diagnostics, resolving problems, escalating problems to vendors as required, working with other group members, and taking appropriate actions to assure appropriate and prompt solutions to system, application, and customer problems
• Represent the changes at the weekly change review meetings and update network diagrams and all other applicable documents.
• Managing Various Firewalls like Fortinet ,Cisco and Pal alto Firewalls with Policy creations and architecture Designing
• Fully Managing the syntax of security platforms, and rule verification
• Managing and Troubleshooting SD-WAN Networks

Skills Required:

• DeepDomain knowledge of network infrastructure and application transfer protocols(link removed)>
• Extensive hand-on experience with network enterprise-class firewalls, routers, and switches
• Must be able to articulate problems and their solutions to non-IT professionals.
• Oversee the connections of various types of IT equipmentand must ensure proper functioning.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues including part replacement.
• CCNA, CCNP and any network related certifications will be an added advantage(link removed)>
• Excellent understanding of networking principles and technologiesin an enterprise level multi-site environment
• Skills in the field of Layer 4/Layer 7 Load balancing are an additional plus
• Analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities and the ability to recommend solutions for the various network problems.
• Having Additional Certification in relevant Technologies and Platform will be an add-on advantage
• Hands on Experience in Deploying, Configuring, and Administering Multiple Vendor Firewalls.
• Knowledge in Firewalls Like Fortinet, Palalto, Cisco Configuration with Troubleshooting
• Experience in managing site-to-site and remote access VPNs.
• Must have excellent understanding of networking at all layers of the OSI model(link removed)>
• Must be comfortable in reading packet captures(wire shark/pcap)
• Experience in managing network and security technologies

Qualifications for windows administrator

• Bachelors degree in a related field or a technical training program and 4+ years professional experience
• High school diploma or GED and seven years experience will also qualify
• Due to the 24x7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays
• Performance troubleshooting working knowledge of resource monitoring tools
• Prepare Network reports and documentation
• Serve as the primary contact for critical and high Network based outages and communicates the status of the outage to infrastructure management which may include after hour suppor
