Accompany our vibrant team in Chennai and contribute significantly to overseeing our administrative operations, offering our staff critical assistance, and maintaining a productive workplace. Your attention to detail and organisational abilities will be much appreciated in our stable and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily administrative and office operations in the Chennai office.
Manage reception, take phone calls, and properly greet guests as part of your front desk duties.
Oversee and distribute courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and other correspondence.
Ensure cost-effectiveness by keeping an inventory of office supplies and placing orders as needed.
Organise and plan conferences, appointments, and meeting spaces.

Qualification:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and preferably Tamil.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company norms
