Are you an experienced, technically proficient engineer with a track record of generating substantial business expansion in the injection moulding sector, situated in Chennai?

As a Senior Engineer-Business Development, join our leadership-focused team at our Chennai-based company and lead the search for, development of, and closure of high-value business opportunities in the injection moulding industry. This is a crucial position for a highly skilled person who is passionate about fostering meaningful growth and has excellent business acumen.

Responsibilities:
Determine and deliberately target important clients and high-potential market niches in Chennai and the neighbouring areas' injection moulding industry.
Oversee the creation and delivery of complex technical proposals, presentations, and solutions aimed at senior stakeholders at potential clients.
Develop and preserve enduring, solid connections with target organisations' top decision-makers (C- and VP-level).
Participate in the creation of intricate business models and price plans for major injection moulding projects.

Qualification:
Deep technical understanding of injection moulding processes, tooling design and manufacturing, materials (thermoplastics, elastomers), quality standards, and value engineering within the injection moulding domain.
Proven ability to develop and articulate complex technical solutions related to injection moulding to high-level stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on long-term business growth in the injection moulding sector.

Education: Any BE Degree
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
