Job Description
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients based in Chennai and potentially other regions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Proactively engage with clients through regular communication (meetings, calls, emails) to foster trust and ensure satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to provide clients with relevant products, services, and solutions that align with their goals.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (sales, customer service, technical support) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Skills
Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and meet client needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant communication tools.
