Responsibilities
Ensure a clean, secure, and well-organised workplace by supervising the general upkeep and repair of the office space.
Oversee the stockpiles of stationery, office supplies, and pantry items, starting prompt procurement and keeping track of inventory.
Oversee couriers, deliveries, and incoming and outgoing mail.
Oversee and arrange both electronic and physical file systems to make sure that information can be easily retrieved.
Organise and plan appointments, conferences, and meetings both within and externally.
Respond to routine employee enquiries about administrative issues.

Skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs and solving problems independently.
