We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments to support business activities. You will also handle official correspondence, liaise with vendors, and oversee the procurement of office supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location: Chennai
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Business Management, or related field
Experience: 0 to 2 years in administrative roles (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
Salary: 18k to 25k per month (based on experience)
