Job Title: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 to 4 Years (US Healthcare/RCM domain preferred)

Qualification: Any Graduate (Commerce or Healthcare background preferred)

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (based on experience and location)

Job Summary:

The AR Caller is responsible for calling insurance companies (in the US) to follow up on pending medical claims and resolve issues to ensure timely payment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze unpaid or denied claims.

Call insurance companies to check claim status and resolve rejections/denials.

Understand insurance guidelines, EOBs, and medical billing codes.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)

Familiarity with denial management and AR follow-up

Experience with medical billing software or practice management systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in night shifts (US shifts)
