Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Purchase Head to lead procurement activities in our fast-paced industrial operations. The ideal candidate will drive vendor strategy, cost control, and material planning to ensure seamless production support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end purchasing process

Identify and maintain reliable supplier networks

Drive cost optimization without compromising quality

Ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and components

Coordinate with production and planning teams for demand forecasting

Monitor vendor performance and enforce procurement compliance

Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned with company goals

Manage inventory control and reduce excess stock

Key Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of procurement software & ERP systems

Analytical mindset with decision-making ability

Familiarity with manufacturing supply chain practices

Leadership and team management experience

Qualification:

Diploma/ B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, EEE, ECE or related field
