Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled BMS Operator to monitor, control, and maintain the Building Management System to ensure efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, access control, and other building services. The role involves real-time monitoring, troubleshooting system alarms, coordinating with maintenance teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all building facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to control HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems.
Respond promptly to alarms, faults, and system warnings, taking corrective actions as required.
Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Skills Required:
Good technical and analytical skills.
Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and energy management practices.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
Salary: Above 22k per month
