Qualification: 10th, 12th pass

Salary: Above 14k per month

We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter to set up and prepare CNC machines for efficient production of precision components. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials, and setting up CNC lathes or milling machines to achieve required specifications. The CNC Setter will ensure correct machine parameters, perform trial runs, make necessary adjustments, and hand over machines to operators for smooth production. Responsibilities also include monitoring tool wear, troubleshooting setup issues, maintaining setup sheets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and hands-on experience in machining processes.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup (lathe, milling, or VMC).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).

Proficiency in selecting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.

Precision measurement skills using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
