We are looking for an enthusiastic Banking Voice Process Executive to handle customer interactions and provide support through inbound and outbound calls. In this role, you will assist customers with banking-related queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for addressing account inquiries, explaining banking products and services, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services and queries.
Provide accurate information about accounts, transactions, loans, and other financial products.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
Ensure adherence to compliance, policies, and quality standards.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or any discipline.
Salary: Above 18k per month
