We are seeking a highly organized, communicative, and technically adept individual to take ownership of our daily operations. This is a critical, hands-on role perfect for someone eager to be a foundational part of a fast-growing tech platform in the spiritual services space.

Key Responsibilities

As our Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our service delivery, focusing on three core areas:

1. Booking and Customer Management:

· Manage the end-to-end booking lifecycle, from initial inquiry to service completion.

· Address all customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

· Process payments and manage scheduling logistics efficiently.

2. Priest and Vendor Coordination:

· Manage the roster and daily schedules of our qualified priests.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for priests, ensuring they have all necessary information, logistics, and supplies for each service.

· Onboard new priests and maintain strong, professional relationships with the existing network.

3. Virtual Rituals and Tech Operations:

· Oversee the technical setup and operation of our virtual streaming services for remote rituals.

· Ensure smooth and high-quality audio/visual delivery for all virtual events.

· Quickly troubleshoot and resolve any minor technical issues related to streaming platforms or equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

· Communication: Excellent command of both English and Tamil (written and verbal) is essential for effective customer and priest coordination.

· Organizational Prowess: Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous bookings, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Technical Familiarity: Basic working knowledge and comfort with virtual streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, YouTube Live) and digital tools required for seamless ritual delivery.

· Mindset: A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude typical of startup environments.
