Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized professional for an office-based role involving client communication and coordination. Candidates with prior experience as a Telecaller in the real estate or export business will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism
* Client correspondence and follow-ups
* Coordination with clients and internal teams
* Managing export–import documentation and related records (where applicable)
* Supporting office administration and daily coordination activities

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

* Prior experience in real estate or export/import–related roles
* Knowledge of export–import documentation and procedures
* Working knowledge of Tally, GST, basic accounting, invoicing, and billing
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Good organizational and time-management abilities

Additional Advantage:

* Experience in office coordination and administrative support

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
