Qualifications and Skills

• ANM or Diploma or any Carer Course
• Proven experience in patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in a homecare setting.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Experience in childcare, providing nurturing support and attention to children in health-related contexts.
• Basic first aid knowledge to manage minor injuries and health situations independently.
• Advanced Nursing Midwife (ANM) certification is required for qualified and professional care provision.
• Must have experience in delivering comprehensive home care services efficiently and compassionately.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Empathetic and patient-oriented approach, fostering a positive environment and building trust with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality healthcare and personal care services to patients in their homes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per healthcare protocols and patient care plans.
• Monitor patient health using vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Develop and maintain a positive, supportive, and professional relationship with patients and their families.
• Implement child and family-centered care practices tailored to meet individual needs of clients.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices in homecare service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and update knowledge in emerging home care practices.
