Backup Admin· Backup Operations (Majority of time, ~80-90%) · Manage and monitor backups, primarily using Commvault across hundreds of servers in the Nike SAP environment hosted mainly on Azure, with some AWS presence. · Respond to failed backup alerts and incidents, often automating resolution of recurring issues to reduce ticket volume.· Work closely with auditors (internal and external) to ensure compliance, especially around encryption, immutable storage, and regulatory controls. · Maintain backups in tightly controlled financial tiers to manage cost and risk. · Support ongoing projects to migrate backup infrastructure andimprove processes (e.g., moving some backup workloads to cloud-native SaaS solutions).
