We partner with global organizations to deliver high-impact technology solutions and build world-class engineering teams.The Role We're hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator who has grown beyond traditional admin work and operates confidently in a DevOps-driven Salesforce environment. You'll own platform configuration, release management, and CI/CD discipline for a large, fast-moving Salesforce org. This is a hands-on senior role - not a people-management track - for someone who enjoys being the technical anchor of the SF team.What you'll do Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, security controls Design and maintain declarative automation - Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects Lead release management across sandboxes (Dev SIT UAT Prod) using a modern Salesforce DevOps toolchainBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata; manage version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments Partner with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Drive code quality, deployment reliability, and rollback readiness; reduce manual deployment effortTroubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and own RCAs Maintain documentation, governance standards, and audit readiness What you bring 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience on enterprise orgs Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 mandatory); Advanced Admin (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps - experience with any of: SF CLI Solid command of Git-based version control and CI/CD concepts (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines - any) Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment models, and sandbox strategy Strong grasp of Service CloudExperience supporting global teams across time zones Excellent written and verbal communication - you'll work directly with onshore stakeholders Nice to have Apex, SOQL, and basic LWC reading ability (you don't need to build, but you should be able to review) Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Informatica)Exposure to integrated platforms (Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake) Healthcare, payments, or fintech domain background Why Vericence Long-term engagement with a marquee global client Work alongside senior architects and modern engineering practices Clear technical growth path - DevOps, Architect, or Platform Lead tracksCompetitive compensation and benefits
