Associate Manager - Learning And Development (Ernakulam)

We are hiring Dynamic L&D; professional responsible for driving end-to-end learning initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design scalable interventions, and ensure effective training delivery. Combines facilitation, content development, and operational excellence to enable a strong learning culture and business impact.

Responsibilities:

- Identify learning needs and support creation of learning paths and training plans
- Design, develop, and review learning content and materials
- Plan and execute classroom and virtual training programs
- Facilitate soft skills and professional development sessions
- Coordinate technical, functional, and behavioral trainings with stakeholders and vendors
- Manage learning operations including training records, nominations, and tracking
- Generate reports, dashboards, and insights on training effectiveness
- Drive learning engagement initiatives and support L&D; roadmap execution

Requirements:

- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and define learning priorities
- Design and implement scalable learning interventions and role-based learning paths
- Develop and execute training plans aligned to business goals
- Create, customize, and review learning content and materials
- Facilitate soft skills and career development programs
- Coordinate technical and functional trainings with SMEs and external vendors
- Manage end-to-end training lifecycle including logistics, communication, and participant tracking
- Maintain learning data, records, and ensure accuracy across systems
- Track program effectiveness and generate reports, dashboards, and insights
