Associate manager - learning and development (Ernakulam)

Description: We are hiring Energetic L&D; professional responsible for driving end-to-end learning initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design scalable interventions, and ensure effective training delivery. Combines facilitation, content development, and operational excellence to enable a strong learning culture and business impact. Responsibilities: Identify learning needs and support creation of learning paths and training plans Design, develop, and review learning content and materials Plan and execute classroom and virtual training programs Facilitate soft skills and professional development sessions Coordinate technical, functional, and behavioral trainings with stakeholders and vendors Manage learning operations including training records, nominations, and tracking Generate reports, dashboards, and insights on training effectiveness Drive learning engagement initiatives and support L&D; roadmap execution Requirements: Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and define learning priorities Design and implement scalable learning interventions and role-based learning paths Develop and execute training plans aligned to business goals Create, customize, and review learning content and materials Facilitate soft skills and professional development programs Coordinate technical and functional trainings with SMEs and external vendors Manage end-to-end training lifecycle including logistics, communication, and participant tracking Maintain learning data, records, and ensure accuracy across systems Track program effectiveness and generate reports, dashboards, and insights Drive learning engagement initiatives and support a culture of continuous learning Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4llnxw
