Position: Graphic DesignerCompany: iGroup SolutionsRole Type: Full-TimeLocation: Kerala, IndiaAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a creative, fast-moving, and strategic Graphic Designer to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t just “design” but thinks, understands branding, and knows how to translate ideas into clean, modern visuals for digital platforms.You’ll be designing for both iGroup Solutions and our clients across multiple industries, including B2B, Construction, Real Estate, FMCG, and Retail.Compensation and GrowthSalary (Probation Period):₹30,000 per month (first 3 months)Post-Probation Salary:₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month(Based on performance, execution quality, speed, and experience)We strongly believe in rewarding skill, responsibility, and consistency. High performers grow fast at iGroup Solutions.What You’ll Do- Create daily social media content, infographics, banners, brochures, ads, and website imagery.- Contribute to brand guideline creation and help build our internal design system.- Work closely with the digital marketer for creative direction and approvals.- Branding Service for clients- Maintain strong brand consistency across all visuals.- Prepare designs for both digital and print.- Collaborate on layout, typography, brand identity, and campaign aesthetics.- Use and leverage AI image-generation tools to speed up and enhance the creative process.Required Skills- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.- Canva.- After Effects (basic knowledge is enough; motion graphics is a plus).- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding.- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with daily outputs.- Must be organised.AI Skills (Mandatory)You must be familiar with AI creative tools such as:- Higgsfield- Freepik- ChatGPT- Google Gemini- Any AI tools that improve design workflowsThis is important because we value designers who work efficiently, adapt to new tools, and push boundaries in creative production.What We’re Looking For- Entry to mid-level designers- A thinker, not just an executor- Someone who understands brand storytelling- Fast turnaround time- High creativity and originalityHow to ApplySubmit your portfolio, Behance profile link, or any work that best represents your design style.You can also add a short note telling us about yourself.
