Jr. Executive- Production (Ernakulam)

: Is responsible for operating and attending machineries like hammer mills, sifters, blenders, roasters and coolers, pneumatic conveying blowers, rotary air lock valves, cyclones, Washing, Steaming equipments, packing machine etc. These machinery operations has to be done in order to process and deliver to a target granulation and specifications. This will also include operating slide gates, using hand tools, and operating electrical controls. The person are also responsible for clean and accurate packaging of designated product outputs . Job Responsibilities:
* Run all milling/ packing processing equipment as efficiently and safely as possible.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all Food Safety and company processing guidelines and regulations.
- Complete daily logs, paperwork, and product sampling.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Solve practical problems and troubleshoot equipment.
- Follow detailed procedures thoroughly and accurately.
- Cleans, replaces, and examines mills, sifters, washing/steaming equipments, packing and other machine parts.
- Filling storage hoppers and opening slide gates for processing.
- Monitors all aspects of the milling production area.
- Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements
- Plus two- Science stream, ITI- Mechanical or Electrical
- Must be able to communicate in Malayalam (Read, Speak & Write), Hindi ( Speak) & English ( Read & Write) Clean-in-place/sanitation experience preferred. Minimum two years experience in working in the similar background, will be an advantage Must be able to lift up to 50-60kg regularly- if needed upon. Flexibility to support/train on all three shifts. Work in an environment that is dusty and hot. Be able to work on feet for duration of shift. Regular stooping, kneeling, climbing, bending at the waist, reaching or handling.
