â Repeat Purchase Rate:<\/b> Build customer retention by pitching relevant recent products to

past buyers. Identify purchase patterns and re -engage accordingly.

â Feedback Calling:<\/b> Call customers post -delivery to gather feedback on their experience,

collect data such as the child's name, date of birth, and purchase intent, and encourage

â Daily Work Reporting: <\/b>Maintain daily activity logs including leads converted,
