Lead AI Platform Engineer – FastAPI, Snowflake, LangGraph, …, Ernakulam

We are looking for a highly hands-on AI-native Technical Lead / Founding Engineer type profile who can build and scale production-grade AI systems end-to-end. This is NOT a conventional Python developer or standard Tech Lead role. The ideal candidate is someone already operating in modern AI-first engineering environments — actively building with frontier LLMs, agentic workflows, AI coding systems, and scalable backend/data architectures. Role Overview You will work closely with leadership and product stakeholders to architect, build, and optimize AI-powered systems and engineering workflows. You should be capable of:
