Oracle EBS Techno-Functional (Ernakulam)

Shift Timings: 6:00pm IST to 3:00am IST Weekly Shift: Tuesday through Saturday

We're looking for a skilled skilled to ensure top-notch performance and provide outstanding support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules. If you're passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to shine.

How You Will Contribute:
- Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
- Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries.
- Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements.
- Support UAT and transition new projects into steady-state operations.

The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2.4+) support and development.
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SCM modules like OM, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, Shipping, etc.
- Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus.
