We Are Hiring: Textile Designer – Prints & Embroidery (Kochi)Role DescriptionResponsible for creating and executing print and embroidery designs aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends, while ensuring technical feasibility and seamless coordination with weaving and production teams.Responsibilities1. Design Development· Develop print and embroidery designs in line with seasonal themes and business requirements· Translate design concepts into technically feasible production layouts· Prepare accurate design files for production execution2. Production Coordination· Work closely with weaving, embroidery, and production teams to ensure correct design implementation· Coordinate with operators and technicians to maintain pattern accuracy and consistency· Support sampling activities and production trials3. Quality & Troubleshooting· Monitor samples and bulk production to maintain design integrity· Identify and resolve design- or production-related issues during execution· Ensure consistency in output across batches4. Documentation & Process Control· Maintain design records, technical specifications, and approvals· Ensure proper documentation for repeatability and future referenceEducation· Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Textile Engineering, or a related fieldExperience· 3+ years of hands-on experience in print and embroidery design, textile production, or related manufacturing processesKey Skills & Competencies· Robust understanding of print and embroidery techniques and textile production processes· Proficiency in textile design software and file preparation· Good coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills· Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability· Understanding of textile trends, colour, and fabric aestheticsBenefits:· Food provided· Provident FundWork Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mj413
