What does day-to-day life look like? Create banking and payments workflow promptsBuild synthetic transaction, dispute, and reconciliation scenarios Evaluate AI responses for accuracy and compliance Identify issues like failed transfers, fraud false positives, and sync failures Requirements: 4–9+ years in banking, fintech, fraud ops, merchant payments, or personal financeExperience with Chase, PayPal, Venmo, Mint, or related platforms Understanding of consumer banking regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, AML/KYC) Strong analytical and written communication skills Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude Nice to have: Experience with Stripe, Square, Cash App, Plaid, or RobinhoodAI evaluation or RLHF experience Knowledge of fintech integrations and data aggregation Perks of Freelancing With Turing: Work in a fully remote environment.
