We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and CMMI ML3 assessed.Role Overview We are hiring experienced Workload Automation Engineers with deep expertise in CA ESP (now Broadcom Workload Automation ESP) to join our growing automation practice. You will work directly on client engagements involving enterprise batch scheduling operations, platform modernization, and integration with adjacent ITSM and cloud tooling. This is a fully remote role open to experienced candidates anywhere in India.Key Responsibilities Design, build, and manage complex batch schedules and job dependencies using CA ESP across Unix, Windows, and Mainframe (JCL) environments. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of scheduling failures across production and non-production environments.Lead or support modernization and migration initiatives from CA ESP to next-generation platforms (e.g., Stonebranch UAC). Integrate workload automation workflows with REST APIs and SOAP web services. Collaborate with ITSM teams on Change, Incident, and Request Management processes via ServiceNow.Contribute to client-facing documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer sessions. Participate in pre-sales and solutioning activities as a subject matter expert when required. Technical Skills Required CA ESP (Broadcom Workload Automation ESP)— deep, hands-on operational and administrative expertise.Batch scheduling concepts: job lifecycle management, dependency chains, calendaring, and event-driven triggers. Scripting and platform knowledge across Unix/Linux shell, Windows scripting, and Mainframe JCL. REST APIs and SOAP web services— ability to integrate external systems with automation workflows.Familiarity with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Request Management) and ServiceNow. What You Bring 4– 6 years of hands-on experience in workload scheduling using CA ESP. Demonstrated experience on enterprise scheduling platform modernization or migration projects. Strong problem-solving ability in high-availability production environments.Clear written and verbal communication skills for client-facing engagements. Desirable (Not Mandatory) Hands-on exposure to cloud scheduling on Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud. Working knowledge of Stonebranch UAC— a significant advantage for modernization projects within our practice. QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM-related discipline.
