Act as the Learning Process Owner, triaging external training inclusions and liaising with document management to improve overall staff qualification efficiency.Provide regular training compliance statistics, metrics, and executive dashboards. Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for staff qualification requests, training communications and assessing learning needs from a user perspective. What Do You Need Bachelor’s degree Specific experience designing and maintaining training matrices and staff qualifications within a regulated environment.Solid understanding of Regulatory Affairs (RA) processes.
