Lead -Business Development, Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Business Development Associate team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new hostel listings and business partnerships. Coordinate with hostel owners and managers to explain platform benefits and partnership opportunities.Monitor team performance, follow-ups, and lead conversion activities. Guide the team in hostel verification, onboarding, and profile updating processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with hostel owners, institutions, and corporate clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.Ensure accurate hostel information, pricing, facilities, and availability are updated on the platform. Handle escalations, client concerns, and important business discussions professionally. Prepare daily reports and track sales, listings, and business growth activities. Support marketing and promotional campaigns to generate quality leads and partnerships.Requirements Prior experience in business development, sales, telecalling, or client relationship management is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to handle client meetings, negotiations, and business discussions confidently. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
